CHAIRMAN OF CONSTITUTION COURT MEETS HEAD OF THE SUPREME JUDICIAL COURT OF AUSTRIA
Greeting the guest, Mr. Abdullayev reminded his visit to Austria in February this year and meeting with Mr. Johann Rzeszut, highly assessed cooperation of the higher judicial instances, noting it will play important role in enrichment of legal-judicial experience.
Expressing pleasure to meet for second time a year, the head of the Supreme Judicial Court of Austria conveyed greetings of Karl Korinek, the president of the Constitutional Court of Austria, also noted the visit would play important role in expansion of bilateral relations and exchange of experience between the legal-judicial bodies of two countries.
‘Cooperation of the judicial structures are useful for both sides’, chairman of the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan said, also noted that his Austrian colleague Karl Korinek would visit Azerbaijan.
The sides had wide exchange of views on legal aspects of the European inter-state contracts.
