Cooperation between EBRD and Azerbaijan will continue to strengthen in coming years, says Bank’s representative
Baku, May 22, AZERTAC
Today, Azerbaijan is an attractive partner for international financial institutions due to its combination of stability, a clear strategic course, and openness to cooperation, Nataly Mouravidze, Head of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Resident Office in Azerbaijan, said in an exclusive interview with AZERTAC.
According to her, the country has maintained consistency in its economic policy and clearly defined development priorities, which is of particular importance for long-term international partners.
She also highlighted Azerbaijan’s strong human capital, emphasizing the presence of highly qualified professionals and an increasingly experienced workforce capable of effectively implementing large-scale projects and reforms.
Nataly Mouravidze noted that another equally important factor is Azerbaijan’s pragmatic and constructive approach to cooperation with international institutions. It is precisely this combination of factors that makes it possible to translate strategic objectives into concrete projects and achieve sustainable results.
She expressed confidence that, against the backdrop of these positive trends, the successful cooperation between the EBRD and Azerbaijan will continue to deepen and strengthen in the years ahead.
