DECREE OF PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJANON APPROVAL OF LETTERS-AGREEMENTS ON JAPANESE GRANT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT “INVESTMENTS IN RURAL COMMUNITIES” BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN AND INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION
1. Letters-agreements on Japanese Grant for Development of the Project “Investments in Rural Communities” between the Republic of Azerbaijan and International Development Association signed on June 16, 2003 shall be approved.
2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Agency for Assistance to Private Sector Development in Agriculture shall be assigned to take necessary actions about implementation of the Letters-Agreements mentioned in the paragraph 1 of the present Decree.
3. Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be assigned to notify the International Development Association of performing necessary domestic procedures for the Agreements mentioned in paragraph 1 of the present Decree to take effect.
