DECREE OF PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJANON APPROVAL OF THE DOCUMENT ON THE GRANT ALLOCATED BY GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT FACILITY FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT “ON NATIONAL CAPACITY SELF-ASSESSMENT FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF GLOBAL ENVIRONMENTAL CONVENTIONS” BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN AND UNITED NATION DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
1. Document on the Grant Allocated by Global Environment Facility for Implementation of the Project “On National Capacity Self-assessment for Implementation of Global Environmental Conventions” between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and United Nation Development Program signed in July 4, 2003 in Baku shall be approved.
2. The Cabinet of Ministers and Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be assigned to take necessary actions about implementation of the project mentioned in paragraph 1 of the present Decree.
3. Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be assigned to notify the International Development Association of performing necessary domestic procedures for the Agreements mentioned in paragraph 1 of the present Decree to take effect.
