“We are going through a glorious period of our history. Under the leadership of Victorious Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, the Azerbaijani Army had put an end to the activity of the separatist regime in Karabakh,” said Azerbaijan’s Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov as he addressed the 1st Diaspora Youth Forum of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS): “Heydar Aliyev and the Turkic World”.

The minister highlighted founder of the youth policy in the country, National Leader Heydar Aliyev’s high appreciation of the Azerbaijani young people’s potential.

"The effective use of youth potential is one of the significant factors. Azerbaijani youth have a responsibility and tasks to strengthen Azerbaijan’s position and deliver its voice of justice to the world,” Gayibov added.
