Executive Director of WAM news agency Jamal Naser Al-Swuaider to participate in the 4th Baku International Humanitarian Forum
Baku, September 4 (AZERTAC). Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the United Arab Emirates Elkhan Gahraman has met with Executive Director of the UAE`s WAM news agency Jamal Naser Al-Swuaider.Gahraman told of the UAE-Azerbaijan relations. He noted that relations between the two countries are successfully developing and there is great potential for cooperation in the media sector.
The ambassador noted that Azerbaijan State Telegraph Agency (AZERTAC) organizes the roundtable on media as part of the 4th Baku International Humanitarian Forum to be held on October 2-3. The diplomat handed over an invitation letter of Director General of AZERTAC Aslan Aslanov to the WAM Executive Director.
The ambassador described Jamal Naser Al-Swuaider`s participation in the forum as a good opportunity for the media cooperation between the two countries. He expressed confidence that the Baku visit of the WAM Head would help outline new directions for cooperation between the two news agencies.
Al-Swuaider let the ambassador know that he will be joining the forum.
