Former Greek Foreign Minister describes Azerbaijan as a stabilizing factor

Baku, March 13, AZERTAC
“The lack of unity within the EU on many issues leads to division, fueling nationalism. Europe is facing an existential crisis,” said Dimitris Avramopoulos, Representative of the Prime Minister of Greece, former European Commissioner for Migration, Home Affairs, and Citizenship, and former Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Defense, as he addressed the panel session on “Geopolitical Shifts: Responsible Partnerships versus Rivalry” held on the sidelines of the 12th Global Baku Forum.
Highlighting various conflicts, Avramopoulos emphasized that approximately 400 million people in Europe are migrants.
Describing Azerbaijan as a stabilizing factor, he hailed the Global Baku Forum as one of the world's major events.
