I would like to congratulate you on the occasion of your re-election to a new term as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. I send you my best wishes for continued health and happiness and for the well-being and prosperity of your country and its people.

I believe that your new term in the office will give a new impetus to strengthen even further the close and friendly relations between the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) and the Republic of Azerbaijan. It will undoubtedly open a new chapter in our close cooperation, especially now that Azerbaijan has become a Member of UNWTO`s Executive Council and that Baku was elected to host 57th Meeting of the UNWTO Commission for Europe in April 2014.

Your Excellency`s personal support highlights the importance that your Government is attaching to positioning the country as a strong brand on the global tourism arena.
