Giroud scores brace as Milan defeat Inter 2-1 in Serie A derbie

AC Milan sealed a 2-1 comeback win over city rivals Inter Milan in Serie A clash on Saturday, according to Anadolu Agency.
Ivan Perisic gave the home side a 1-0 lead in the 38th minute at the Giuseppe Meazza stadium, but the visitors came from behind after Olivier Giroud scored brace within four minutes in the second half.
The 35-year-old has scored eight goals in all competitions for Milan this season.
Milan's Theo Hernandez was shown red card in the stoppage time.
With one match in hand, Inter still top the league with 53 points, one point ahead of Milan.
