President of the Azerbaijan Republic, Supreme Commander-In-Chief Ilham Aliyev arrived at School to attend the ceremony.

Defense Minister, colonel-general Safar Abiyev and chief of the Honorary Guard reported to the head of state.

Prior to the ceremony, the President of Azerbaijan laid a wreath on Heydar Aliyev’s monument.

Chief of the High Military School reported to the Supreme Commander-In-Chief.

At the ceremony, President Aliyev presented Diplomas to the alumni of Military School. He congratulated them, wished success in their military service.

Prime minister of Azerbaijan Artur Rasizade, Speaker of Azerbaijan Parliament Ogtay Asadov, head of the President Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev, Deputy Prime Ministers, ministers, heads of departments and committees, Members of Parliament, foreign ambassadors in Baku and public representatives took part at the ceremony.
