Iranian Foreign Minister to kick off two-day official visit to Pakistan

Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi arrives in Pakistan today (Monday) on a two-day official visit. This was announced by the Spokesperson of Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During his visit, the Iranian Foreign Minister will hold meetings with Pakistani Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and Deputy Prime Minister & Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs statement, Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi will hold consultations on the situation in the Middle East and Pakistan-Iran bilateral relations.This visit provides an important opportunity to advance cooperation and dialogue between Pakistan and Iran on a wide range of areas including trade, energy and security.
