“This year's forum will be particularly important, as the world today is facing major changes,” said Ismail Serageldin, Co-Chair of Nizami Ganjavi International Center (NGIC), at a press conference for the Board of Trustees of the 12th Baku Global Forum.
He noted that the forum is set to attract about 400 participants, including at least 50 current and former presidents, prime ministers, as well as heads of UN agencies, scholars and experts.
"The 12th Global Baku Forum will be an important event bringing together leading world leaders, representatives of international organizations and scientists for engaging in open and meaningful discussions," he added.
