ONE OF HEADS OF COMPANY DEVELOPING GENERAL PLANNING SCHEME OF SHUSHA IS ARMENIAN
The investigation of the US embassy in Azerbaijan showed that the general planning scheme of the city of Shusha occupied by the Armenian armed forces was prepared by US``SEMA Associates`` company. Seda Yagubian is one of the managers of the company. She is of Armenian origin and a member of the ``Hayastan`` All-Armenian Fund.
According to head of the Foreign Ministry`s press-service Khazar Ibrahim, the company is based in Irvine, California. Sema Associates is working in the field of planning and environment. It is very active in the political life as the company funds election campaigns of some candidates to the city administration and city council.
The Ministry continues the investigation.
