President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev On 25 January toured the capital to meet with the residents and interested in their winter cares.

Despite such weather conditions rare in Baku, the residents are engaged in their vital activities. The head of state came to the Baki Soverti subway station, had warm talk to metro passengers.
