President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev singed the Executive Order on increase in rate of scholarships for post-graduate, graduate and vocational schools students studying at the expense of the state budget, April 19 2004.

Under the present Executive Order, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan is assigned to make and approve - within one month - new regulations on designation and payments of the scholarships, while the Presidential Executive Order No 316 of May 22 1996 loses its validity. The Executive Order comes into effect on the 1st of May 2004.
