Prosecutor General: Session on Mobilization of law enforcement agencies in combating climate change to be held within COP29

“Co-chaired by the Ministry of Interior of United Arab Emirates and co-hosted by the Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan and United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the session on Mobilization of law enforcement agencies in combating climate change will be held on November 15 on the margins of COP29,” Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev told AZERTAC.
Kamran Aliyev emphasized that over 130 representatives from various countries have arrived in Azerbaijan to participate in that event, which will mainly focus on discussions on methods of law enforcement agencies' fight against environmental crime, environmental terrorism, and positive trends in climate change.
