Russian President Vladimir Putin will invite his CIS brethren to a traditional informal year-end meeting in St. Petersburg, TASS reported citing Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov.
"At the end of December, as has been customary for many years, there will be a friendly meeting of CIS leaders in Saint Petersburg, where they will engage in informal discussions," Ushakov said.
