Dear Mr. President,
We were deeply saddened by the news of the numerous casualties and destructions caused by the devastating earthquake in the city of Xigaze of Xizang Autonomous Region.
In light of this tragedy, on behalf of myself and the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my deepest condolences to you, the families and loved ones of the deceased, and the friendly people of China. I wish a speedy recovery to the injured and hope that the consequences of this natural disaster will be swiftly addressed.
