Dear brother,
I was deeply saddened to hear the news of numerous casualties and destructions as a result of the earthquake happened in Van province.
I share your grief over this tragedy and on behalf of myself and the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my deepest condolences to You, families and relatives of the victims and to the brotherly people of Turkey, and wish the injured and wounded a rapid recovery.
May they rest in peace!
