Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus hosts workshop on “Young Power of the Turkic World: One Nation, Three States Vision”

The workshop titled “Young Power of the Turkic World: One Nation, Three States Vision”, co-organized by the National Unity Party (UBP) of Northern Cyprus, Türkiye’s Justice and Development Party (AK Party), and Azerbaijan’s New Azerbaijan Party (YAP), was held in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
The event brought together young participants from Türkiye, Azerbaijan, and the TRNC.
In his opening address, President of the TRNC Ersin Tatar emphasized that the peoples of Türkiye, Azerbaijan, and the TRNC share common values. He described fostering unity within the Turkic world as a top priority and noted the importance of the conference in facilitating meaningful dialogue and idea exchange among youth.
TRNC Prime Minister and Chairman of the National Unity Party Ünal Üstel highlighted the vital role of youth in advancing shared goals among the three countries. He also underscored the significance of the trilateral Memorandum of Understanding signed between YAP, the AK Party, and UBP, and praised the “One Nation, Three States Youth Camp” project for promoting joint initiatives and experience-sharing among the ruling parties’ youth wings.
Chairman of the YAP Youth Union Bakhtiyar Islamov stressed the importance of unity among the youth of the three nations in pursuit of sustainable development.
The conference continued with panel sessions and discussions focused on enhancing collaboration between the youth organizations of the ruling parties.
At the conclusion of the event, certificates of appreciation were presented to the participants.
