10 arrested for curfew violations in Baltimore

Baku, April 29, AZERTAC

Ten people were arrested for violating Baltimore's city-wide curfew Tuesday evening, according to Police Commissioner Anthony Batts.

Despite the curfew a group police described as "aggressive" remained at a Baltimore intersection after 10 p.m.

The crowd refused to disperse, and threw items at police officers in area area, according to Baltimore Police.

Officers deployed pepper balls at the crowd, police said. The crowd was broken up after about an hour, the Associated Press reported.
