Azerbaijani FM informs U.S. Department of State Advisor about detained servicemen of Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan`s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov has met with U.S. Department of State Senior Advisor for Caucasus Negotiations Louis Bono.
During the meeting, the sides discussed prospects of negotiation process on Azerbaijan-Armenia peace treaty as well as other components of the normalization process between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
FM Jeyhun Bayramov noted that Armenia has not fulfilled its obligations under the Trilateral Statement and has not completely withdrawn its forces from the territories of Azerbaijan. The FM also said that Armenia continues to keep 8 villages of Azerbaijan under occupation, regularly committing military and political provocations.
Noting that two Azerbaijani servicemen were detained and one of them physically tortured, the Azerbaijani FM stressed the importance of their immediate release.
The sides also exchanged views on other issues of mutual interests.
