31st AFS Youth Assembly wraps up

The 31st American Field Service (AFS) Youth Assembly, which brought together young delegates from around the globe, has successfully concluded in Geneva, Switzerland.
According to the State Committee for Work with Diaspora, during the assembly, participants from various countries held fruitful meetings exploring new avenues for cooperation while sharing detailed insights into the activities of Azerbaijani diaspora youth, the country’s multicultural values, and state youth policy.
On the final day of the event, August 14, the “Culture Day” program showcased Azerbaijan's rich historical and cultural heritage, national values, customs and traditions, and cuisine.
Participation in the 31st AFS Youth Assembly played a vital role in advancing the global engagement of Azerbaijani diaspora youth, helping establish new connections and elevate the country’s profile globally. Experience gained and relationships built during the event will be integrated into upcoming initiatives.
