43 MONITORS WILL COME FROM GERMANY
A group consisting of 43 international monitors is to arrive to take part in the Presidential elections in Azerbaijan. It was stated on October 9 by Ambassador of Germany to Azerbaijan Klaus Grewlich at news conference.
He pointed out that Germany would be represented by 50 monitors at the Presidential elections on October 15 and representatives of local German community. At the time, two monitors will be working within the frames of the monitoring group under the Baku representation of OSCE, Ambassador said.
“Monitors from Germany have good experience and are able to work in a situation adequately. They would never overlook any violations of the Election Code and Constitution of Azerbaijan”, Grewlich said.
