An issue on making amendments to some legislative acts in connection with amendments to the law of Azerbaijan Republic “On Public Service” was discussed at the joint sitting of Milli Majlis permanent commissions on economic policy and legal policy and issues of state building.

Chairman of the commission on economic policy Sattar Safarov said that the amendments adjust the pensions of persons performing public service, relationship office-person in case of discharging at his own request, office relationship official-employee.

In connection with application of the law “On Public Service”, it is scheduled to make changes into the paragraph 102 1.6 of the Tax Code of Azerbaijan Republic (Lump sum in connection with the voluntary discharge upon reaching the pension age), paragraph 2.1.10 “Provisions on Public Service Management Council of Azerbaijan Republic” (setting the order of discrepancies elimination emerged between the leader of the governmental body and public service management body in connection with filling the position in the public service), paragraph 4.1 of the law “On compulsory insurance of state employees” and paragraph 2 and 3 of the law “On assignment of rise in salary for performing power”.
