A delegation of Azerbaijan consisting of Deputy Chairman of Milli Majlis Govhar Bakhshaliyeva /head/ Asya Manafova, Mirkazim Kazimov, Fikrat Sadigov, Minister of Fuel and Energy Majid Karimov attended the forum on the topic “Use of Restorable Energy Resources”. The arrangement was organized by Ministries for Economic Cooperation, Environment and Conservancy of Germany, one of the leading states in this field, Chairman of the standing commission of the Milli Majlis on Natural Resources, Energy and Ecology Asya Manafova told AzerTAj correspondent.

The aim of the forum is development of international cooperation in the field of use of restorable energy resources, attraction to this sphere of investments from developed countries, international banks and structures, physical and juridical persons.

The Forum gathered 1000 representatives from different countries, was ended with adoption of the political declaration.

The Azerbaijan Parliamentary delegation has held several bilateral meetings to discuss in detail the rules of use of restorable energy resources in Azerbaijan, problems in this area, and touch upon a number of other important issues.
