DECREE OF PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN
ON APPLICATION OF THE LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN “ ON INTRODUCING AMENDMENT TO THE LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN “ ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP ACTIVITY”
For the purpose of ensuring application of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “ On introducing amendment to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On entrepreneurship activity” in view of its coming into effect, I hereby decree, it shall be determined that powers of the “ Relevant executive body envisaged by paragraph 3, article 9 of the Law of the republic of Azerbaijan “ On entrepreneurship activity” are exercised by Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
