With a view of maintenance of application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic number 612 - II QD dated March 30, 2004 “On introduction of amendments and supplements in some legislative acts of the Azerbaijan Republic” in connection with the application of the mentioned Law, I, hereby, decree:

To establish, that stipulated by the title and the first paragraph of the Article 9 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On defense”, the powers of the “relevant enforcement authority” are carried out by the Cabinet of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic
