ON APPOINTMENT L.S.GANDILOV AS AMBASSADOR EXTRAORDINARY AND PLENIPOTENTIARY OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN TO THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN
In accordance with the Paragraph 15, Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby decree:
Latif Seyfaddin oglu Gandilov shall be appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Kazakhstan
