EXECUTIVE ORDER OF PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
Aiming at ensuring application of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic #557-IIQD, dated 9 December 2003 “On introduction of changes and amendments to the Code of administrative offences of Azerbaijan Republic” in connection with coming into force of the said Law, it is resolved:
1. To assign the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic within a month:
1. 1. To submit to the President of Azerbaijan Republic the proposals on bringing the acting legislative acts in conformity with the Law of Azerbaijan Republic #557-IIQD dated 9 December 2003 “On introduction of changes and amendments to the Code of administrative offences of Azerbaijan Republic”
1. 2. To provide bringing the normative-legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers and relevant central executive powers in conformity with the said Law and inform on this the president of Azerbaijan Republic.
1. 3. Within its powers, to resolve other questions resulting from the Law of Azerbaijan Republic #557-IIQD, dated 9 December 2003 “On introduction of changes and amendments to the Code of administrative offences of Azerbaijan Republic”
2. The Law enters into force on the day of promulgation.
