EXECUTIVE ORDER OF PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
ON DOCUMENTS SIGNED ON THE 23RD OF MARCH 2004 IN TASHKENT
1) Cooperation Protocol Between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
2) Protocol on Introducing Amendments and Supplement in the “Agreement on Free Trade Between the Government of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan”;
3) Cooperation Agreement Between the Executive Power of the city of Baku and the Executive Power of the city of Tashkent;
4) Intention Memo Between the State Concern “Azerbaijan Hava Yollary” of the Azerbaijan Republic and the State Joint Stock Company “Tashkent Air Industrial Association After Chkalov” of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic shall be assigned to take necessary actions about implementation of the documents mentioned in point 1. of the present Order.
3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic shall notify the Republic of Uzbekistan on implementation of intrastate procedures needed for the documents mentioned in point 1. of the present Order to come into effect.
