EXECUTIVE ORDER OF PRESIDENT OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
Aiming at strengthening of social security of the policemen and civil employees of the law-enforcement bodies of the Azerbaijan Republic, I hereby, resolve:
1. To raise monthly official salaries of the policemen and civil employees of the law-enforcement bodies of the Azerbaijan Republic twice (averagely), servicemen of the special purpose detachments – three times (averagely);
2. It is established that the finance questions related to the Paragraph I of this Order are implemented within the means of state budget of Azerbaijan Republic for 2004.
3. Cabinet of the Azerbaijan Republic will approve monthly official salaries of the law-enforcement personnel and solve other question stemming from this Order.
4. The Order comes into effect on July 1, 2004.
