EXECUTIVE ORDER OF THE PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
On approval of the “Agreement on cooperation between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Ministry of Justice of the Republic of France”
1. To approve the “Agreement on cooperation between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Ministry of Justice of the Republic of France” signed on 22 January 2004 in the city of Paris.
2. To assign the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan Republic to ensure realization of the Agreement pointed in the Paragraph 1 of this Executive Order.
3. To assign the Ministry of foreign affairs of Azerbaijan Republic to send relevant notification on fulfillment of inter-state procedures necessary for coming into force of the Agreement, pointed in the Paragraph 1 of this Executive Order.
