EXECUTIVE ORDER OF THE PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
ON APPROVAL OF NATIONAL PLAN OF ACTIVITY ON COMBAT AGAINST TRADE IN PERSONS IN AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
Taking into account the Regulations of Convention of the United Nations “Facing trans-national organized crimes” and the Protocol related to prevention, elimination and punishment of trade in persons and supporting international efforts in this field, aiming at strengthening combat against crimes connected with trade in persons in the Azerbaijan Republic, I, hereby, resolve:
1. To approve National Plan of activity on combat against trade in persons in the Azerbaijan Republic (enclosed).
2. Ministry of internal affairs of Azerbaijan Republic together with related executive bodies pointed in the National Plan will ensure realization of the appropriate tasks.
3. Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic will solve other issues stemming from the Executive Order.
4. The Order comes into effect on the signing day.
