Taking into account invaluable contributions in the history of Azerbaijan of the nationwide leader of our people, the founder of the Azerbaijani state Heydar Alirza olgu Aliyev and the appeal of Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, citizens of the country and the international structures, I, hereby, resolve:

1. To set up a State Commission to perpetuate the memory of Heydar Alirza olgu Aliyev.

2. Administration Office of the President of Azerbaijan Republic, looking through all the appeals connected with perpetuation of the memory of Heydar Alirza olgu Aliyev will sum up them and within a month submit to the State Commission.
