1. The “Agreement on financial cooperation between the government of the republic of Azerbaijan and the government of Federative Republic of Germany” for ensuring involvement of German investment and development organization in authorized capital stock of the Azerbaijan Microcrediting bank signed in the city of Baku, on November 5, 2003 shall be approved

2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be assigned to take necessary measures for implementation of the Agreement mentioned in the Point I of the President Executive Order.
