    Executive Order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic
    On the measures connected to construction and repair of the motor roads in the settlements of Baku

    Under the Article 109.32 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I, hereby resolve:

    1. 10 million AZN from the President`s Reserve Fund of the 2011 State Budget should be allocated to the Baku City Executive Power for construction and repair of the intercity roads in the territory of Baku.

    2. The Finance Ministry of the Azerbaijan Republic shall provide financing stipulated in the paragraph 1 of this Order.
