French Senator: Constitutional amendments will contribute to expansion of democracy and improvement of people’s welfare

Amendments to the Constitution will contribute to the expansion of democracy and improvement of the welfare of the people of Azerbaijan, said head of France-Caucasus friendship group, French Senator Andre Richard.
He noted that according to French parliamentarians` monitoring, the referendum in Azerbaijan was held in a democratic and free manner, in accordance with European standards.
