In expressing you best wishes for a happy birthday I add those for happy holidays and a happy new year.
I also gladly associate my wishes with those of the more than 500 cities that are part of the network of cities that I preside worldwide in the common cause of combating racism and discrimination.
Having visited your country for two consecutive years on the occasion of the Global Baku Forum and having been invited in 2020 also fills me with joy and honor.
The nation you preside over grows year by year as a point of reference in bringing together many people who care about the destinies of the world and humanity in a common effort for peace and dialogue with respect for cultural diversity.
Still wishes in the hope of seeing you next March.
