Please accept my sincere congratulations on your re-election as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, along with my best wishes for the progress of your country.
I wish you every success in the discharge of this important and responsible duty.
It is my firm belief that friendly relations between the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan will be further enhanced in all spheres. I look forward to our cooperation in joint endeavors for the development of all-round cooperation between our two countries and peoples as well as for preserving peace and stability in the international community.
