Mister President,
I have the honor to convey my greetings to Your Excellency, and to express, on behalf of the people, government of Honduras and myself, our warmest congratulations on the occasion of commemoration of the national day of Azerbaijan.
Honduras is highly interested in strengthening our bonds, and it is with satisfaction that I can see it becoming a reality in a positive way which will be of mutual benefit for both our national and for the respective knowledge of our peoples.
