On behalf of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova and on my own behalf, I sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of the national holiday of the Republic of Azerbaijan – the Independence Day.

Taking this opportunity, I would like to note the important achievements of the Republic of Azerbaijan in strengthening statehood, dynamic development of the country and conducting an active foreign policy.

I highly appreciate the good relations between the Republic of Moldova and the Republic of Azerbaijan based on friendship, understanding and mutual respect. At the same time, I would like to mention the constructive nature of the political dialogue, which aims to contribute to the full realization of the existing potential of Moldova-Azerbaijan relations for the common good of our countries.

I am strongly confident that through joint efforts we will be able to intensify and diversify bilateral cooperation in various areas of mutual interest.

I wish you robust health, success in your endeavors, and the people of Azerbaijan peace, prosperity and tranquility.
