It gives me immense pleasure to convey heartiest felicitations to Your Excellency on the occasion of the Republic Day of Azerbaijan.
Pakistan and Azerbaijan enjoy close fraternal relations which are marked by mutual respect and cooperation. I am confident that the existing bilateral ties will be further strengthened to the mutual benefit of the people of our two countries in the years ahead.
Under Your Excellency’s able leadership, Azerbaijan continues in its onward march along the path of development and prosperity. We in Pakistan share the joy of our Azerbaijani brethren as they celebrate their National Day.
