LAWOF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN
ON APPROVAL OF THE AGREEMENT “ON LEGAL PROTECTION OF THE SPECIES OF PLANTS”
Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan states:
1. To approve the Agreement “On legal protection of the species of plants”, signed on 16 March 2001 in the city of Moscow at the session of the Economic Council of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
2. The Law comes into effect from the day of promulgation.
