On approval of the Convention “On mutual administrative assistance on tax issues”
The Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan Republic enacts:
1. To approve the adopted on 25 January 1998 in the city of Strasbourg, Convention “On mutual administrative assistance on tax issues” with the proviso of Azerbaijan republic in regard with the said Convention (text of proviso is enclosed)
2. The Law comes into effect on the day of promulgation.
