On approval of the Convention “On criminal responsibility connected with corruption”
The Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan Republic enacts:
1. To approve the Convention adopted on 27 January 1999 in the city of Strasbourg, “On criminal responsibility connected with corruption” with relevant provisos and statements (text of proviso and statement enclosed).
2. The Law enters into force on the day of promulgation.
