OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS

I. Article 102.1.16 of the tax Code of Azerbaijan Republic (Resolves of legislative acts of Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, VIII, Article 583; 2001, VII, Article 454, IX, Article 576, XII, Article 734; 2003, V, Article 249, XII, Article 707; Law of Azerbaijan Republic 485II, dated 20 June 2003) set out as following:

“102.1.16. Lump sum granted in connection with the volunteer retiring of the state officer from the work on pension age”.

II. “Regulations on the Council of state management in Azerbaijan Republic” (Resolves of legislation acts of Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, #V, Article 217) approved by the Law of Azerbaijan Republic # 283-II dated 29 March 2002, to amend with the Article 2.1.10 with the following content:

“2.1.10. Defining of order for abolition of the difference on opinion accrued between the head of the state body and the body of state management in connection with holding position at the state service”.

III. Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On compulsory insurance of state officials” (Resolves of legislation acts of Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, #5, Article 247), amend the following changes:

1) In the Article 4.1, the word “positions” is replaced with the words “Administrative positions”;

2) The Article 4.1.5 excluded.

IV. In the Article 2 and 3 of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On establishing for the state official extra payment for execution of powers of the government” (Resolves of legislative acts of Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, #7, Article 386), the words “by legislative body and relevant executive power body” are replaced with the word “legislation”.

V. The Law comes into effect on the day of promulgation.
