LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN
ON JOINING THE INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION “ON PROTECTION OF NEW SORTS OF PLANTS”
THE MILLI MAJLIS OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN ENACTS
I. The Republic of Azerbaijan shall join the International Convention “On Protection of New Sorts of Plants” adopted on December 2. 1961, and revised in November 10, 1972, October 23 1978 and March 19, 1991 in Geneva.
II. The present Law comes into effect from the day of promulgation.
