LAW “ON STATE REGISTRATION OF LEGAL ENTITIES” ADOPTED
On 12 December, regular session of the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan Republic discussed and adopted the Draft law “On state registration of legal entities”.
All proposals made by the Members of Parliament at the second reading were taken into account and the Draft was adopted in the third reading, Ali Huseynov, chairman of the MM standing committee on issues of legal policy and state building said. Experts of the Council of Europe also positively assessed the Draft. After coming into force of the Law, will be eliminated the obstacles connected with the state registration of legal entities.
The Law envisions that if the relevant executive power during 40 days after appeal for registration, does not give substantial answer, connected with refusal for registration, the appealed legal entity is considered registered. The said Law does not concern to the political parties and religious structures.
