NEW FRENCH LINER “KEEN MARI-2” LAUNCHED

A huge passenger liner “Keen Mari-2” fabricated at Sen-Nazer dockyard in the Atlantic coast of France was launched for testing, September 27. The 345 meters long and 74 meters wide ship is able to carry 2600 passengers, the crew consists of 1250 persons. It was the last time for 500 engineers and technicians to check the liner’s equipment. The plane fabricated on the state-of the–art technologies and fitted with modern equipment has every condition for passengers’ comfort and entertainment. Being one of the world’s biggest liners, the “Keen Mari-2” is expected to head for Florida coast in January 2004.
